Welcome to Madrona Integrative Health! We are a collaborative team offering patient-centered holistic health care to the Salt Spring Island community.

Telemedicine Appointments (Online Video or Phone): Many of our practitioners have different scheduled availability for telemedicine appointments than for in-office appointments. Try selecting a telemedicine appointment type to see availability for these sessions.

Chiropractic with Dr. Kate: We’re excited to announce that Dr. Kate Schertzer ND, DC (naturopathic doctor AND chiropractor) is now re-launching her chiropractic practice! Bookings with Kate are now available under both the Chiropractic and Naturopathic disciplines. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately technology does not allow for us to direct bill for Kate to both naturopathic & chiropractic disciplines, we can only direct bill for naturopathic appointments at this time.

Cancellation/Online Booking Payment policies: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointments. The fee for a first same day cancellation/no show will be equal to half the value of the visit. The fee for subsequent missed visits will be equal to the full value of the visit. We require a credit card on file before booking online. In the event of severe illness (ie. active fever or vomiting) or a significant weather event that affects all forms of transportation, please contact the clinic right away by phone or email. By booking online, you agree to our cancellation policy and understand your card will be charged if you miss your visit without giving the clinic 24 hours notice. Other payment methods may be used at the time of your visit (varies by location).

Dr. Hannah Webb ND is a naturopathic primary care physician who practices medicine that addresses health on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual. She works to address the unique interconnected aspects of health that make up the individual ecology of each of her patients. She is collaborative and works with her patients in co-creating health, together finding a unique set of solutions and strategies best for the individual patient. She uses a diverse set of tools from conventional lab testing and pharmaceutical medicines all the way through to dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and more. She brings a discerning eye to both conventional and alternative medicine, and strives to work with you as a guide and partner on your path to wholeness.
