Chiropractic with Dr. Kate: Bookings with Kate are available under both the Chiropractic and Naturopathic disciplines. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately technology does not allow for us to direct bill for Kate to both naturopathic & chiropractic disciplines, we can only direct bill for naturopathic appointments at this time.

Arbutus Branch Bookings: Follow ups with Dr. Kate at our Arbutus Branch off-site location can be booked here.

Cancellation/Online Booking Payment policies: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointments. The fee for a first same day cancellation/no show will be equal to half the value of the visit. The fee for subsequent missed visits will be equal to the full value of the visit. We require a credit card on file before booking online. In the event of severe illness (ie. active fever or vomiting) or a significant weather event that affects all forms of transportation, please contact the clinic right away by phone or email. By booking online, you agree to our cancellation policy and understand your card will be charged if you miss your visit without giving the clinic 24 hours notice. Other payment methods may be used at the time of your visit (varies by location).
